Steps on how to place your own made-to-order products:

1. Enter your email on the box below, or message us here. Please indicate in the message your preferred mode of contact (email or WhatsApp), along with the details of your order. 

2. Wait until we get back to you! This usually takes us a day or two, as we don't want to keep you waiting. In the following exchange, we'll discuss your vision, color themes, and other customizations you're interested in. We'll also mutually set and agree with timelines and prices.

3. We'll send you a secure payment link for a 50% deposit before commencing work on your order. Please note we require full payment in advance for name plaques or other items personalized with initials.

4. Once your order is ready (4-5 weeks), we'll send you a payment link for the remaining 50% for delivery. Alternatively, you may pay for the remaining balance via cash on delivery.

5. You’ll live happily ever after with your new ceramic piece!
